PROFESSIONAL ROLE-PLAYING GAMES

For more than 15 years, I have been supporting companies in their training and recruitment processes.
From the Geneva University Hospitals to the Lausanne Public Transport, I have known how to adapt to varied and demanding environments, delivering services that combine professionalism, reliability, and a human touch.
Whether for training or recruitment, I know how to align with the specific needs of each company while establishing an atmosphere of trust for participants or candidates.
Serious in preparation, pleasant in collaboration, I ensure that each intervention is efficient, relevant, and delivers lasting results.

Recruitment

Accurately assess your candidates' skills.
During your recruitment processes, I simulate key situations to test the behavioral and relational skills of your future employees. This can be, for example, dealing with an unhappy customer threatening to break a contract, negotiating terms with a particularly demanding supplier, or defusing a conflict between two team members.
Through these targeted role-playing games, you observe their responsiveness, their problem-solving skills, their ease in communicating under pressure, and their ability to collaborate.
This device allows you to go far beyond the resume and conventional answers by revealing how a candidate actually acts when faced with a concrete challenge, and thus to recruit with greater accuracy.

Formation

Bring your training to life through the realism of role-playing.
I work in companies to role-play concrete and personalized situations, such as dealing with an unhappy customer demanding a refund, defusing a conflict between two colleagues, conducting a delicate job interview, or announcing an unpopular decision to a team.
These role-playing exercises allow your employees to practice in a safe and stimulating environment, refine their verbal and non-verbal communication, and develop strong relational reflexes under pressure.
By combining my theatrical experience with a keen understanding of your challenges, I transform your training modules into immersive and memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact on professional practice.

Case studies

Context
A public transport company was looking to recruit new employees for positions with high customer interaction (ticket inspectors, ticket office agents, platform supervisors).

Challenge
The traditional recruitment process (resume, interview) did not allow for verifying candidates' actual ability to manage stress, anger, or the diversity of the public encountered.

Approach
I integrated role-playing games into the selection process:

  • Simulation of an unhappy customer refusing to pay their ticket.

  • Staging of a lost traveler asking for urgent help.

  • Each candidate had to react in real time to these situations played by an actor.

Results

  • Recruiters were able to observe invisible qualities in a traditional interview: listening skills, composure, creativity.

  • The company selected candidates who proved to be particularly successful in the field.

  • The turnover rate has decreased, as new hires feel better prepared for the reality of their position.

Context
A major hospital institution wanted to improve the quality of communication between its medical teams and patients in high-stress situations (delivering bad news, managing anger, complaints).

Challenge
Caregivers master the technical procedure, but some found themselves struggling with patients' emotions or the aggressiveness of their loved ones. The institution was looking for a concrete and impactful method to prepare them for these situations.

Approach
I designed a realistic role-playing game workshop:

  • Roleplay with scenarios inspired by real cases (anxious patient, angry family, difficult disclosure).

  • Role-playing by a professional actor (myself), allowing participants to face credible and unpredictable reactions.

  • Group and individual debriefing, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

Results

  • Healthcare workers gained confidence and fluency in their interactions.

  • A measurable decrease in communication-related complaints was observed in the following months.

  • Participants expressed that this workshop was “the most useful and concrete” of the trainings attended so far.
